How quickly can I be seen?
Most patients are seen the same day. After you complete intake, a provider reviews your case and connects with you by video or secure message.
Can you prescribe medication?
Yes, when medically appropriate. We do not prescribe controlled substances through Urgent Care. Prescriptions are sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy.
Do you accept insurance?
Not yet — Urgent Care is currently self-pay only. Insurance coverage is coming soon.
Is this HIPAA compliant?
Yes. All visits, messaging, and records are stored on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure.
What if my condition is serious?
